Aluminium body with gun blue steel stalk or brass. With approximately 130gr powder capacity. For precise and accurate reloading. Main use is for adjusting powder measurements on scale by aonly minimal amount of powder to be extruded during turning to get that exact measurement of powder weight. Can be used with coarse or fine grain powder.
